I became a little worried that I might either lose or snap my dongle taking it in and out of the bag. I use a USB dongle for TBC and recently I have been travelling to remote sites often which I use laptop on site. You would also either to have a current protection plan for your TBC license. There would be some cost involved with this however it would be as much as repurchasing all the modules. There is no real option to switch from one dongle type to another, however you could upgrade from a USB license to a Network (software) license. New purchases of dongle licenses are not managed in the Virtual Warehouse at this time.Please bear in mind that the smaller dongles can still break and are probably easier to lose. To cancel a product key that has been generated, contact required, to filter for that code in the Virtual Warehouse, select Product Key from the drop-down filter list near the top of the Hardware Variants panel and enter the product key. A new code cannot be generated until the current code status is Activated.
