There always comes a point of time in each and every individual’s life when they start looking answers about their own selves, about their potential and what their future would be like. Simply put I just loved reading this book. It's a handbook that trains our mind to make wiser decisions, stop obsessing over certain issues, keep your brain active and live with happier and healthier habits. I have been reading it each morning and it has been wondrous and ameliorating for me.It contains scientific based practical suggestions to improve our way of thinking and lifestyle and help us declutter the negative habits and routines. Mostly people don't take self help seriously, I was one among them but as a reading goal I added non fiction as a genre to be read and started reading Self help and I somehow start loving it.īooks like this makes me feel so good! The writing was appealing and I quite liked how the chapters were progressed it was just right length that keeps you connected with content. This transformation can happen if an individual is willing to adopt and adapt to a new way of thinking. She believes that a person can reprogram themselves just like the code for software can be re-written to perform in different ways. She compares how the human mind and perceptions function under its own set of code, and this human programming becomes the driving force to the individual's outcome.
